We have taken every precaution to ensure that the installation of our software is trouble free, yet, we are still only humans and so sometimes problems do arise. Hence, we encourage anyone having problems with the installation of our software to reach us for assistance.
 

 

Remote Installation Support
Our technical support team is always available to provide free on-line support for software and service packs installation. As such, customers who wish to undertake the software installation on their own, may still get technical support by simply calling to our team. Alternately, we can be reached by email at techinfo. All emails sent to us will be responded to within 24 hours. The response will be by email as well, except when an on-site response is requested.

Purchased Installation-Service Support
Our technical support team provides free on-site technical support consisting of repairing, or fixing all and any non-functionality in the software as may occur, during the initial thirty (30) days following the installation of the software, provided that the software had been initially installed by us. Of course, we continue to provide software support even after the initial thirty (30) days following the installation, except that requests for on-site support, of course, are be billed hourly.
