Occasionally the company undertakes the development of customer-specific software under very well-defined performance set of conditions that does not leave room for divergent expectations; and at such times the company provides the customer access to  Project Status Reports, the progress reports on the state of development, and for such cases avails the customer project specific access credentials, by which the customer may access this report for appraisal.
