Training Support
Company commits to quarterly technical training session geared to
making the reseller become well-versed on the products of this
program.
The content of these training sessions include the Software
Administrative Services, and Software User Training which is intended to
both acquaint the reseller with the software functionalities and
appropriateness for a reseller's customer needs.
Marketing Support
Induss SoftWerks also
provides marketing support under this program, in the form of
advertising in target media: Focus Group meetings consisting of
the company and the resellers are held as necessary to defined
acceptable compromise media, as well as the quality of the
adverts to be placed in these media. The decisions of these
meetings guide the advertisement support provided.
Technical Support
The company provides several
additional support services to resellers, that include free
on-line support for software and service packs installation as
explained under Support Services, the provision of Service
Packs of self-extracting files, and free Software upgrades.
