The company has assigned Okumaye
Publishing Co, Inc., the rights for the publishing (and hence the copyrights)
of all software and User Manuals for the company software, with the
manuals to be based on related manuscripts provided by the company;
accordingly, Okumaye Publishing will be publishing the manuals with
its UPC codes; and for consistency of product referencing, the Windows XP
and 7 OS-versions of the Business-ware software are also being released with
UPC codes acquired from Okumaye Publishing Co. Incidentally, the choice of
a Traditional Publishing House also invariably financially assists the
launching of the Execution Phase of the company (Induss SoftWerks, LLC).

Software Systems Requirement
The Operating Systems, OSs, requirement for the Business-ware software
releases as planned are set as Windows XP and 7, as the software was
originally developed on Windows XP, and because Windows 7 has the XP
emulator that enables the execution of the software. Upgrades to Windows 8
and 10, will be also appropriately followed with announcements about such
changes.

Launching Begins
The software release launch, the first of the Execution Phase, started
in earnest today with an auction-type listing on eBay.com of SoftWerksTM
POS SDX-Edition for windows XP. Of course, listings are and will be
tentative in the foreseeable future, as the products are also
simultaneously being updated to use the more current Operating Systems
(OS), and also for additional features. Select products will be listed
again in the near future, and also after each update for either
Operating System or also for additional features.

reseller until it acquires full-rights of ownership of the software from

marketing exclusive by Induss softWerks granted the company certain
rights over the sales which the company intends to exercise towards
acquiring full ownership. The company expects that the first batch of
the products released for sale should become generally available through
online reseller by November 2016.

however, are delegated to EnhKnowTM under agreed-terms to package and
act as Sole
Distributor on behalf of Induss SoftWerks, LLC under the
company Brand name of SoftWerksTM.

corporate holdings of Nkassens Trust may only provide Technical
Support Services to members of the Corporate Holdings and their

serving as marketing conduit for selling software products of
independent developers, Induss SoftWerks, will no longer be
selling directly to the public. All services of the company will
be channeled to it through members of the corporate holdings of

Douglas L Arnold, Sr who had just submitted proposal was to the
County may have submitted materials that are in violation of
copyright, and that the County would do well to be circumspect of
his right of ownership of proprietary materials of Induss
SoftWerks, LLC that he may have come in possession of, and passing
off as his copyright material. the County was informed that the
company reserves the right to demand a full-discovery of the
material at an opportune time with the aid of an attorney.

The company informs Douglas L Arnold, Sr of its intent
to bring legal action against him and CNDC for fraud against the
company, for violation of the company copyright and benefiting
financially from such violation without full disclosure of the
benefits and failing to transfer the funds to the company; and as
a result Douglas L Arnold, Sr, promptly vacates his apartment,
changes his home and cellular telephone numbers, thereby making it
difficult to serve him with the legal process. County of Essex is
also informed of the copyright violation of which the County had
been involved, having paid the money to Douglas L Arnold, Sr
without taking proper care to ensure that Douglas L Arnold, Sr had
proper permit to so use the company material.

Opubo G Benebo in representing the company calls Harry del Plato,
the County Counsel of Essex County of NJ, suggesting that in the
resolution of the issue, and in acting in mutual assurance that
the balance due to paid into a trust of the company-attorney and
in return the company will provide the County a fully functional
copy of the software; unfortunately, the option to have the funds
escrowed for mutual assurance was rejected and with the demand
that any software be approved by Stanley Repko before any payment
can be made; and then the company informed the County Counsel that
full-payment is required before delivery can be made, and upon
which the County Counsel decided that the issue can not be
resolved and every body dropped the phone resulting in permanent
termination of the relation backed by the Breach of Contract of
May, 2007, by the Essex County of NJ.

Harry del Plato Esq, the County Counsel of Essex County of NJ
communicates by letter threatening to file a law suit against the
company for Breach of Contract if the software was not delivered
to the County by August 17, 2007, without regard to the fact -
even as per communication to him, the County Counsel - the County
of Essex of NJ had been in Breach of Contract since May, 2009 and
therefore there was no longer an active contract between the
County and the company. In response, first and foremost the
company informed the County Counsel that the procurement contract
requires full-payment before deployment of software, and second
the company formally informed, as required, the County-Counsel of
counter law suits pending.

A representing attorney of the company, Mr Jeffrey Herrmann of
Cohn, Lifland, Pearlman, Herrmann and Knopf, LLP, Saddle Brook,
NJ, formally communicates to The County of Essex, NJ that the county
was now in Breach of Contract, and that the company reserves the
option of pursuing all legal options available to her, the
company.

County of Essex, NJ opts to be in Breach of Contract (of the
software procurement contract with the company) with a telephone
call on May 1, 2007, to the company by Mr Alfaro Ortiz, Deputy Director of
Essex County Correctional Facility, informing the company that the software installation
staff scheduled to undertake the deployment of the software in
fulfillment of the delivery requirement would not be granted
access into the facility to deploy the software.

the software in fulfillment of the software purchase agreement and
getting paid,
the company formally informs County of Essex, NJ that the county
must by May 2, 2007, either allow deployment of the software and
be paid at the end of ten (10) days or pay the company the
outstanding due amount of $40, 000 to complete the software
procurement contract or be declared in Breach of Contract, and
forfeit the prior $40, 000 paid towards customization of the
software offered for sale during the Sales Presentation of
February 2006.

After receipt of facsimile copies of two GUI interfaces of the
Records Search Application as per his request of yesterday,
Stanley Repko calls the company to demand extra-contractual
customization be made, in response to which the company's position
was disclosed, that the company does not make customizations on
its software in excess of the scope of procurement agreement until
the procured software has been fully paid for, and initial
delivery made which effectively makes the buyer an established
customer. Stanley Repko then informs the company that the balance
owing will never be paid unless the extra-contractual
customizations were made and by which he effectively issued an
implicit abrogation of the procurement agreement.

The contract of Douglas L Arnold, Sr with County of Essex, NJ is
finally renewed by the County after the remediation of some
employee-related insurance issues, effectively the object of the
meeting with Douglas L Arnold, Sr of CNDC, Opubo G Benebo of
Induss SoftWerks, LLC and Geene Williams of October 10, 2005 was
fulfilled and hence obligating Douglas L Arnold, Sr and CNDC to
Induss SoftWerks, LLC for time spent on the software resulting in
the continued engagement of Douglas L Arnold, Sr as a consultant
for the County and by the County.

An agreement was reached committing Douglas L Arnold Sr and CNDC
to being obligated to pay Induss SoftWerks, LLC for $100 per hour
on the understanding that Opubo G Benebo shall convince the County
of the viability of a software being developed to speed up record
searches at the County jail. Accordingly software development
efforts were started.
The agreement obtained from a
meeting between the company, being represented by Opubo G
Benebo, by the title Managing Member, Douglas L Arnold, Sr,
President Communications and Network Designs Consultants, CNDC,
and Gene Williams; the meeting had been held on the request of
Douglas L Arnold, Sr for a computer programmer to be paid $100 per
hour to develop a software to be sold to County of Essex, NJ and
as proof that he is able to still enhance the functionality of the
County with the expectation that his contract as a consultant of
the County will be renewed in April 2006.
